We create solutions for every customer. The decision whether to use managed or self-service can be made according to your requirements. It is important to us to offer the ideal package for the individual needs in order to create a satisfactory package.
Our systems are designed to be intuitive so our customers can also independently create segments, define viewability thresholds or create sub-accounts. Upon request, we provide initial training with each client to provide a basic understanding of the synergy effects of our products. There will always be a regular test environment for each customer during a probation time including an explanation of basic features and products.
During conception, onboarding and piloting the respective ADEX team consists of a key account manager, a developer and a data specialist who accompanies the customer throughout the process. Our regular support is available via telephone, e-mail and a ticket-system. Furthermore there will be a dedicated key account manager for quarterly meetings and on-going operations, questions and requests that go beyond technical support. The Managed Service is an integral part of our enterprise packages, which also provides a regular test environment for each customer with full use of features and products. In addition there is the opportunity for enterprise customers to see upcoming innovations upfront and to participate in their design.
